Brand new hotel close to the beach with comfortable room.

The huge hotel capacity makes the beach and pool difficult to access and prevents from having a very good quality of service that you may normally expect from a 5* hotel: atmosphere and target customers are more like in a club hotel. If you want a deckchair in the beach, be ready to fight for as the organisation is really messy...

It was a luxury place, had supper friendly and amiable staff with first class service from all staff.

The beds here are really comfortable and the rooms are tastefully decorated and spacious.

The hotel was amazing! My wife and I went to relax, enjoy the sun, and stay in a true 5 star hotel. This hotel met all our standards and more. We have stayed around the world at 5 star hotels and some are not true 5 stars...this one really was. The hotel looks brand new and is kept up extremely well. The restaurants were fantasic with excellent service. I would highly recommend staying there.

There really was not much to like about this hotel. The only thing is the staff at the Crystal Box bar...they didn't seem to know how to serve drinks. We waited one night 30 minutes for a white wine....as I heard other guests complaining as well. For this setting and this hotel, the staff here should be top notch.

The hotel is the perfect place to relax, rooms are spacious and the half board dinner had a good selection of fresh, and well presented food.

The hotel is located in a bay on its own with no walks or other Taverners nearby, so you have to hire a car or use taxi services which are expensive. I would like the Hotel to consider a free shuttle service

The breakfast was more than adequate with freshly cooked dishes and fresh ingredients, definitely worth the money. the location is stunning and fabulous, situated in an amazing area close to a valley, the bus station, and all restaurants.

This spot is in a fantastic location with easy access to everything we wanted, the room was immaculate, modern, and had an amazing view of the bay and the Aegean Sea.

Breakfast menu is quite poor. No freshly squeezed juices choice (only orange). As the hotel is really huge, there won't be enough space near the pool or at the sea in high seasons.
